The ‘Science’ Bit
Developed over a number of years, Brain Cinema uses simple sensors placed on the scalp to measure the electrical energy that our brains naturally produce.
Each brainwave pattern can influence a different behaviour or activity. On a basic level, the waves are slow when sleeping or resting and fast when doing something involving more thought processes.
With a greater understanding of the brain’s electrical activity notions concerning mental competence can be mapped, a suitable training session is then selected to improve mental functioning by making simple adjustments to the observed brainwaves.
